Bellator Heavyweight Champion Cole Konrad has retired from MMA just nine fights into his career, and according to a report from the St. Paul Pioneer Press, he's moving on to a new career as a financial trader specializing in milk products for North Central Trading.
The former two-time NCAA Champion from the University of Minnesota went undefeated in his nine-fight career, most recently defeating Eric Prindle in a minute this May to defend his Bellator Heavyweight Championship.
There's no word as to what Bellator plans to do with their heavyweight division or that Championship at this time.
DON'T GO YET... WE SUGGEST THESE MMATORCH ARTICLES, TOO!
