The UFC record for "fastest knockout" is seven seconds, a mark held by Todd Duffee and "The Korean Zombie" Chan Sung Jung (as well as Duane "Bang" Ludwig unofficially), and another name has been added to the list after Saturday's UFC 149 card: Ryan Jimmo.
The former Maximum Fighting Championships Light Heavyweight Champion tied the mark in his UFC debut over Anthony Perosh, crushing him with a perfectly placed right hand under the ear. Perosh went down quick from the first punch of the fight, and one more shot was landed on the ground before it was stopped.
