Strikeforce narrowly avoided a disaster on Friday, as Middleweight Champion Luke Rockhold initially missed weight by a half pound for his title defense against Tim Kennedy tomorrow night in Portland, Ore. However, Rockhold was given two hours to make weight, and hit the mark on his second attempt. Lorenz Larkin also needed a second attempt to make weight for his fight with Robbie Lawler, as he was initially a half pound over for his middleweight debut. Full weigh-in results are below:
