The UFC's first event in Calgary was looking very solid a couple of weeks ago, but as has been the case with many events as of late, it's becoming a shell of the card it once was. The latest casualty is the heavyweight bout between Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Cheick Kongo.
According to a report from Sherdog.com, Nogueira is still suffering ill effects from his broken arm against Frank Mir last December, and will not be able to face Kongo as planned.
In his place will be Strikeforce import Shawn Jordan, who will attempt to hand Kongo his second consecutive loss. UFC 149 takes place on July 21.
