A lightweight bout between Mitch Clarke and Anton Kuivanen is headed to UFC 149 in Calgary this July, UFC officials announced on Friday.
Clarke, who hails from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, made his UFC debut in December with an undefeated 9-0 record. However, he suffered the first loss of his career on that card, getting stopped by John Cholish in the second round.
Finland's Kuivanen also lost in his UFC debut, dropping a decision to Justin Salas at UFC on Fuel 1 in February. That loss snapped a nine fight winning streak.
UFC 149 will be headlined by a Featherweight Championship bout on July 21, though the UFC hasn't yet picked an opponent to face Champ Jose Aldo.
