The UFC's light heavyweight roster is getting a formidable ground threat, as GracieMag reported Friday night that 30-year-old Roger Gracie has signed with the organization.
The three-fight Strikeforce veteran lost his last fight in that organization to Muhammed "King Mo" Lawal last September, his first and only MMA loss, but he is one of the most decorated and dangerous submission fighters in the sport.
There's no word on when Gracie will make his UFC debut or against whom, but there are plenty of matchups that would make sense for him in the near future.
DON'T GO YET... WE SUGGEST THESE MMATORCH ARTICLES, TOO!
