Last Saturday's UFC 143 preliminary card broadcast on FX saw a significant uptick in viewers from the first preliminary card special for UFC 142 last month, as MMAJunkie.com reports that the two-hour special drew 1.4 million viewers.
UFC 142's prelims special drew just 880,000 viewers, but it had heavy competition from the NFL playoffs. Saturday's broadcast, which was topped by Dustin Poirier's submission win over Max Holloway, was in the middle of viewership for the history of the "Prelims Live" specials, coming in just outside the top 10.
