The UFC's longtime pay-per-view gladiator intro is finally dead, as the organization will unveil a new opening video on Saturday night for UFC 143. The new 60-second clip is called "Evolve" and is essentially a tribute to the fighters and moments that helped the UFC get to where they've gotten.
The new opening video was created by Digital Domain Productions, a company founded by James Cameron, with a score produced by legendary film composer Hans Zimmer's 14th Street Music. It will feature highlights from 18 different fights, with all seven current Champions and six UFC Hall of Famers highlighted. Additionally, the ending will be customized for each event. The full list of fights featured in the open is below, and you can see it for the first time tomorrow night on UFC 143:
