Weigh-ins took place this evening for tomorrow night's Strikeforce "Melendez vs. Masvidal" event. All fighters on the main card made weight for the event, but on the preliminary card, Jerron Peoples came in well over the welterweight limit. Prior to weigh-ins, he convinced his opponent Roger Bowling to agree to a 179 lb. catchweight, but then he still missed the one pound allowable by a half pound. So there is a ten and a half pound weight difference between the two heading into tomorrow's card. Full results are below:
