Strikeforce has added another preliminary card bout to next weekend's event in San Diego, as well as confirming two previously reported fights for the undercard. In the newest addition to the card, Roger Bowling will look to bounce back from his second loss to Bobby Voelker in his last three fights when he takes on Jerron Peoples.
Bowling and Voelker fought three times in a 13-month span, and Bowling's two losses to Voelker in that run are the only losses of his career. Peoples will also look to bounce back from a loss, the first of his career in his Strikeforce debut at Strikeforce Challengers 16.
The other confirmed fights for the undercard are Caros Fodor vs. Justin Wilcox and Devin Cole vs. Gabriel Salinas-Jones. The main card is headlined by a Lightweight Championship bout between Gilbert Melendez and Jorge Masvidal.
