...OH, ONE MORE THING - PLEASE BOOKMARK US & VISIT DAILY!
Since the announcement of the UFC's new television deal with Fox, UFC President Dana White has promised an overhaul in production across the board in the organization. While fans are hoping to see that change come with the UFC's Fox debut in Nov., White has now clarified that with the Nov. event being a bonus from Fox, the across-the-board changes won't be coming until the beginning of the year. In an interview with MMAWeekly.com, White explained:
"The way that this thing is gonna start is, this thing is gonna be a Fox Sports show, the first fight that we do. The November fight is just a bonus fight. We don't get into business with Fox until January. So everything will change in January.
The Fox fight is gonna be different. There are things that we're doing differently and we need to pull off in that production, but all the big change is happening in January. There is no way in hell I could change everything by November."
