WINNER: Guillard via split decision (29-28, 28-29, 30-27)
STAR RATING: (*+) That's how I had it, but wouldn't have argued with Stephens taking the second round. The crowd hated that fight. Neither fighter wanted to engage, and Guillard simply landed more and better shots in the first two rounds. Some people will hate the decision, but really it's no robbery either way.

Sherk comes back with some big punches of his own and they swing to the end of the round and embrace. Both raise each other's hands at the end.
Penick's Scorecard: 10-9 Dunham. He turned it up huge, and while Dunham did more to win the fight in the third round, I think Sherk took the first two and it is going to depend on how the second round was scored here.
WINNER: Sherk via split decision (29-28, 28-29, 29-28)

STAR RATING: (**) Not a great fight. Close and competitive, but not terribly exciting. I don't know how Bader won the second round, and I don't agree with 30-27, but 29-28 Bader would have been fine. It was yet another close fight, but I think Bader might have a lot of trouble with Jones.
