Ratings dipped back down for the sixth episode of The Ultimate Fighter, which aired this Wednesday on Spike TV, as it brought an average of 1.2 million viewers, matching the season low and continuing a trend of disappointing numbers for this season.
This week's episode featured the final two quarterfinal fights, with Team Lesnar's Tony Ferguson taking out Team Dos Santos' Justin Edwards with a nasty up kick to the jaw, while Team Dos Santos' Zach Davis submitted Team Lesnar's Chuck O'Neil with a triangle choke.
The wild card fighters were also revealed at the end of the episode, and O'Neil was tapped to face Team Dos Santos' Javier Torres, a fight that will take place on next week's seventh episode.
Team Dos Santos enters the semifinals up 4-3 right now, though O'Neil could even things up with a win over Torres.
Episode six brought in a household rating of .9, with a 1.2 in both the men 18-49 and men 18-34 demographics. No episode this season has brought more than 1.5 million viewers, making it easily one of the least viewed - if not the least viewed - season of the long-running reality series.
