The Ultimate Fighter's 13th season finale is now official, as the organization confirmed on Wednesday that the event will take place on June 4 from the Pearl at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Officially headlining the night's card is a bout between Anthony Pettis and Clay Guida. Additionally, the event will play host to the season 13 welterweight tournament that will play out on Spike TV beginning on March 30.

Also, the UFC confirmed four previously reported fights for the event in Jonathan Brookins vs. Jeremy Stephens, Tim Credeur vs. Ed Herman, Josh Grispi vs. George Roop and Scott Jorgensen vs. Ken Stone.

Pettis will return to action instead of waiting out a promised title unification bout from capturing the WEC Lightweight Championship on the final WEC event. The always exciting Pettis defeated Ben Henderson by decision, and en route burned his name into the minds of MMA fans everywhere with an electrifying kick off the cage. He was slated to meet the winner of Frankie Edgar vs. Gray Maynard from UFC 125 in January, but since that fight went to a draw and an immediate rematch was booked, Pettis chose to stay active.

He'll now meet Guida, who is riding high after a January win over Takanori Gomi. The second round submission win was his third straight victory, all of them ending by submission. The longtime UFC vet holds an 8-5 record inside the Octagon, and a 6-2 mark over the last three years.
