The following are key excerpts from Chris Lytle, George Sotiropolous, Stephan Bonnar and Kendall Grove after their victories at UFC 116 last Saturday.

Chris Lytle

- I am here to fight whoever they put in front of me. Whoever is coming in after me and trying to knock my head off is who I want to fight.

- Those are entertaining fights and those are the kind of fights that I like to put on.

- My corner was able to give me some pointers and I landed a couple of good uppercuts from that.

- He did a hell of a job trying to fight off that arm bar but I had it in good. I heard his arm pop a couple times and then he eventually tapped. He held on until the last time.

- I think I am injury free and I hope to fighting soon.

George Sotiropoulos

- I am trying to keep winning and I am making good progress through the division.

- I was finding the mark with my punches during the fight, but I did not want to over commit to any position.

- On the feet or standing I was trying to play it smart. I never felt in any way that I was in trouble on the ground.

- I did not want to rush in during the third and make a mistake so I did sit back and let Kurt push the pace. I tried to play it smart. He did hurt me with the knee at the end but I caught myself and recovered quickly.

Stephan Bonnar

- I was really worried since our last fight got stopped so I did not want this fight to get stopped premature as well.

- It was just me and him in the cage and the crowd did not really affect my performance.

- I took some big shots for a while there and I kept telling myself that I better keep my hands up or I will be out.

- I know I am not the best athlete and I will never be, but I have a big heart and nut sack and I won’t quit.

Kendall Grove

- I never thought that he was going to take me down, but I guess expect the unexpected. I think he was surprised with my up kick and he slowed way down after that.

- I was way more cautious in this fight. He fought a very good fight and it went to the split decision.

- I am just back having fun and I hope to stick around. I am happy where I am with me training camp and hope to continue on.
