Ronda Rousey continues to juggle her fighting career with a budding film career, and she's got a clear plan for how her next year is going to go.
During a UFC 190 media conference call on Monday, Rousey laid out how she sees things playing out after her fight with Bethe Correia on Saturday night.
"Here's pretty much the plan. I'm going to beat up Bethe, then I'm going to take a couple of weeks to rest, and then I'm going to beat up Miesha [Tate]," Rousey said. "Then I'm going to go to Thailand, or wherever we decide to film Mile 22, and prep for like a month, and then start filming for eight to 10 weeks, and then beat up the next girl."
Penick's Analysis: Rousey's been able to figure everything out to effectively handle all that's on her plate. She says this training camp for Bethe Correia has been great and without distraction, she sounds ready to turn around real quick for the third Tate fight, and then it's on to the next project before the next fight. It's easy to see her following through on this, because we've already seen her accomplish similar things in recent years. It's up to Correia or Tate to trip that up.
