The UFC'S return to Dublin comes on October 24, the organization announced on Wednesday morning.
The announcement had been teased all week, and the October date will bring them back for the first time since July of 2014. It's a much quicker turnaround than between the previous two events. As last July's was the first in over five years.
The card will take place at the 3Arena (formerly the O2 Arena), though its television home may depend on who winds up headlining the card. A potential candidate for the night's headliner may be Conor McGregor, who could leave Las Vegas as the interim UFC Featherweight Champion next week. However, what would be a showdown with Jose Aldo may require a bigger venue.
DON'T GO YET... WE SUGGEST THESE MMATORCH ARTICLES, TOO!
