The UFC's 2014 schedule featured a number of scheduled title fights that ultimately fell apart due to injury, and for the second time in 2015, a pay-per-view main event is off due to injury.

According to a report from Dave Deibert of Canada's Postmedia News, UFC Bantamweight Champ T.J. Dillashaw has suffered a broken rib in training, taking him out of the scheduled rematch with Renan Barao in what was supposed to be the main event of UFC 186 in Montreal.

Last month's UFC 184 event lost the fight between Chris Weidman and Vitor Belfort, but didn't suffer on pay-per-view due to Ronda Rousey's draw.

Unfortunately for this card, the remaining title fight is not that level of draw, as Demetrious "Mighty Mouse" Johnson defends his title against Kyoji Horiguchi. Barao may yet remain on the card, but the UFC has not yet determined that next step.

The card is headed to Montreal's Bell Centre on April 25, airing live on pay-per-view.

Penick's Analysis: With Rampage Jackson possibly off the card as well due to the injunction request filed by Bellator MMA, this card has taken a significant hit this month. It was already probably going to be the low point for the UFC on pay-per-view this year, and if it goes ahead with Mighty Mouse-Horiguchi in the main event, it's almost guaranteed to drop below even those low expectations.

UPDATE: Dana White has now confirmed Johnson-Horiguchi as the new headliner for the card.
