"I do have a great legal team behind me and we haven't completely let it go. We're working to see what went wrong and what can be done about it. I'm not going to comment too much on that whole situation but I am aware that there was some foul play in the whole situation, and right now I'm weighing my options."
-In an interview with Ariel Helwani at MMAFighting.com, Jon Jones says he's leaving his options open to take possible action against the Nevada Athletic Commission over his positive cocaine test result (transcribed by BloodyElbow.com).
Penick's Analysis: Jones' team could seek recourse due to the commission's own admission that they shouldn't have been testing him for things out of competition that weren't banned out of competition. Of course, I don't know how good that would look from a PR perspective if he tried to sue them over it, and they would have a hard time convincing people that he was wronged given he was still using an illegal substance. I don't know that they'll actually wind up pursuing anything, but it's clearly still on the table for him.
