The UFC's first trip to Poland has added a couple of native competitors, as they announced on Wednesday that Pawel Pawlak will take on Sheldon Westcott, while Krzysztof Jotko will welcome UFC newcomer Garreth McLellan at UFC Fight Night 64 in Krakow.
Pawlek made his UFC debut last May, losing for the first time in his career against Peter Sobotta. That decision loss snapped a ten fight winning streak to kick off his career.
He'll now take on Westcott, who was a finalist on last year's "Ultimate Fighter: Nations". His TKO loss to Elias Theodorou was his first since his MMA debut in 2007, snapping a nine fight unbeaten streak.
The 15-1 Jotko makes his fourth appearance in the UFC, having gone 2-1 in the organization thus far. The sole loss of his career came by submission against Magnus Cedenblad last May, but he bounced back in October with a win over Tor Troeng.
Jotko meets 12-2 South African McLellan, who has won six straight fights in the EFC Africa organization. Of his 12 wins, nine have come by submission, with two more having been stopped by strikes.
UFC Fight Night 64 will air live on UFC Fight Pass, headlined by the heavyweight rematch between Mirko Cro Cop and Gabriel Gonzaga.
