Both Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier were randomly drug tested this week ahead of their fight next week at UFC 182.

Jones posted a video to Instagram on Thursday of his blood being taken by the sample collector sent by the Nevada Athletic Commission, adding the following comment:

"The Nevada State athletic commission just stopped by my house and hit me with that random.. Only thing I'm on is that #PHW pure hard work! They're probably wondering how my chicken legs are so strong. I've had a few @muscletech products but that's all legal :)"

Meanwhile, Jeremy Botter from BleacherReport.com reported on Twitter that Cormier received his third random test this camp this week.

The Nevada commission randomly drug tested Daniel Cormier yesterday. That's the third time he's been tested during this camp.

Penick's Analysis: It's good to see the commission at least following through on testing the main eventers in their jurisdiction. Still need to get the rest of the field under that same standard of testing on a consistent basis, but that is still be in the works into the new year.
