Bellator's second attempt at running their first pay-per-view event is coming on May 17, and the event now has its co-main event and a location.

As expected, Quinton "Rampage" Jackson will take on Muhammed "King Mo" Lawal on the card in a light heavyweight tournament finals bout. Both men won their semifinal fights in the four-man field at the season ten kickoff event on Spike TV less than two weeks ago.

Additionally, Bellator announced on Tuesday that the event will take place at The Landers Center about 20 miles outside Rampage's hometown of Memphis in Southhaven, Mississippi.

Rampage was supposed to fight in Memphis in the UFC back in 2009, as the UFC booked UFC 107 in the city to host Rampage vs. Rashad Evans after The Ultimate Fighter's tenth season. However, Rampage pulled out of the fight to film his role in "The A Team."

"I've been wanting to come back to Memphis for the last decade, and I'm finally getting that chance to fight in one of the biggest fights of my career for Bellator," Jackson said in a press release. "After being part of the Bellator family for a while now, I feel like the old Rampage, and that's not a good thing for Mo. I'm back, I'm a monster, and I'm looking to put on another entertaining fight for all my fans on May 17."

"When it comes down to it, this is a fight I've wanted for a long time, and I'm going to be able to beat his ass in his hometown, and everyone is going to respect me," Lawal added. "Rampage is just a stepping stone in my way to get that title shot again and get that belt. It's all I want, and after I beat Rampage, I'm going for that belt, simple as that."

The May 17 card will be headlined by the third fight between Eddie Alvarez and Michael Chandler.
