"I think they both come in with strong cardio, Georges is the superior athlete. I think Nick would want to try and pressure him on his feet as much as he can, try to avoid takedowns, but I think - Georges, no one does it better than him on taking people down and he's got some of the best ground-and-pound too and you will see a lot of that utilized in this fight to get the win."
-Former UFC Lightweight Champion Frankie Edgar talks to "Showdown" Joe Ferraro and gives his thoughts on Saturday's UFC 158 main event between Georges St-Pierre and Nick Diaz (transcribed by MMAMania.com).
Penick's Analysis: That's the issue Diaz faces in this fight. He's got a great striking game, and he's capable of keeping fighters out of rhythm with his relentless attack. However, he's facing a fighter in St-Pierre with one of the best wrestling and ground and pound attacks in the division, and St-Pierre can keep him on the ground when it gets there. This is going to be a very intriguing fight on Saturday night, but St-Pierre's continued his dominance in the welterweight division for a reason, and he's reasonably expected to do the same at UFC 158.
