The UFC is heading back to Las Vegas for the next Ultimate Fighter Finale, as it will take place on April 13 from The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, according to a report from MMAJunkie.com.
The event will be the first of three during the month of April, and will feature the finals in the middleweight tournament coming to the new season of TUF.
The long-running reality show's 17th season kicks off on Tuesday, January 22, with UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones and challenger Chael Sonnen coaching a group of 14 fighters, who will be whittled down from 28 in the show's two-hour debut on FX.
Jones and Sonnen will then square off on April 27 in New Jersey, headlining UFC 159 on pay-per-view.
Updated as the initial report stated the event would take place on April 12. It will, indeed take place on April 13.
