UFC President Dana White caught up with Ultimate Fighter season 17 coaches Jon Jones and Chael Sonnen this week during filming in Vegas to get their predictions on the four fights coming to Fox this Saturday night from Seattle, Wash. Here's what each of them had to say on the fights in White's video blog:

Ben Henderson vs. Nate Diaz

Jones: I got Ben Henderson. He's so strong, so athletic. Great standup, great jiu jitsu. He's just more powerful in everything that Nate's good at. Standup and jiu jitsu, Ben has it just with more power.

Sonnen: I love both guys, [but] I think we're going to have a new Champion in Nate Diaz.


Mauricio "Shogun" Rua vs. Alexander Gustafsson

Jones: I'm gonna go with Alex Gustafsson. He's young, and he has that ambition, and I want to give it to him over the veteran.

Sonnen: For me, I can't wait for Gustafsson vs. Shogun. Shogun's a legend, and Gustafsson's on the rise. I think Gustafsson's gonna have some significant reach, and after his win over Thiago Silva, he sure looked good. I'm going to go with Gustafsson in an upset.


B.J. Penn vs. Rory MacDonald

Jones: I've got Rory MacDonald in that fight. I think he's going to finish him. I respect B.J. a lot, but B.J., he's a guy who's gotten a little comfortable, I think. And Rory, it's another one of things, experience vs. ambition. I give ambition the edge every time, being the young guy.

Sonnen: I think B.J. Penn, people need to believe the hype. He's as good as everybody says he is. When a guy retires and comes back to take on a young guy from a new generation, it shows nothing but courage, I'm going with B.J. Penn.


Mike Swick vs. Matt Brown

Jones: I'm going with "Quick" Swick. Just because I haven't seen him in so long. Miss the guy's fights, he's always so aggressive. I hope he comes out and it will be traditional "Quick" Swick for us.

Sonnen: I like Mike Swick in that. Normally, I think I would take Brown, but Swick came back with a vengeance, he beat DaMarques Johnson in really impressive fashion, I'm going to take Swick.
