Another bout has been added to the UFC 155 event this december, as bantamweights Erik Perez and Byron Bloodworth will also square off on the card on Dec. 29.
The 12-4 Perez has won seven straight fights, including both appearances inside the Octagon. Though his first bout ended controversially when referee Kim Winslow halted things despite no tap by John Albert, Perez made a bigger impression his second time out, knocking out Ken Stone at UFC 150 in just 17 seconds, the fastest KO in UFC or WEC history in the bantamweight division.
Bloodworth fights for the first time since his UFC debut in October of 2011, where he was stopped by Mike Easton in the second round. The loss snapped a three fight winning streak, and brought him to 6-2 overall in his career.
UFC 155 will be headlined by a Heavyweight Championship rematch between Junior dos Santos and Cain Velasquez.
