By Alex Williams, MMATorch Contributor A blow-up over merchandising rights between the UFC and the American Kickboxing Academy (AKA) has led to the UFC terminating AKA fighter Jon Fitch's contract, with releases of AKA's Josh Koscheck and heavyweight prodigy Cain Velasquez to follow in the coming months unless a resolution is reached. Heavyweight Christian Wellisch has also been cut by the organization.
