UFC President Dana White is fairly open on most subjects when he speaks with the media, but the current situation with Alistair Overeem's positive drug test threatening the UFC 146 main event is something of a sore subject for him.

Speaking with reporters after UFC on Fuel 2 in Sweden on Saturday, White's frustrations bled through as he tried to avoid the subject.

"I will snap and freak out and I don't want to do that," White said when the topic was broached (transcribed by MMAFighting.com). "I don't want to talk about it. I'm too upset about it. Seriously, I can't talk about it."

Still, while he's cleary angry about the situation, he knows Overeem has his day with the Nevada State Athletic Commission later this month, and for now he's just letting the process play out.

"Everybody gets due process," he said. "Alistair Overeem will have his due process with the Nevada State Athletic Commission. We'll see what happens and we'll go from there. When it all goes down, somebody else will speak about this. Not me."

Penick's Analysis: From the tone of the comments I'd venture to guess that White doesn't necessarily believe whatever argument Overeem is going to be presenting to the NSAC. If it is TRT, then as White said initially it would be a situation where he feels Overeem lied to them by saying he was completely clean. If this wasn't disclosed to them previously, it's going to be hard for White or Lorenzo Fertitta to really take Overeem at his word, but they'll still wait for the commission to make an official ruling before making a determination on UFC 146.
