Week four time on The Ultimate Fighter 21, with the final 25-point fight expected to come on this episode. The Blackzilians have swept the first three, leaving them once again with home gym advantage. Note: I've been quite under the weather all day, so this may be more of a bare bones rundown of the episode.

-In the preview for tonight's episode, something scary is coming for one of the members of ATT, as they're shown convulsing and foaming at the mouth at the house, with the voiceover calling it a potentially life threatening issue.

-ATT laments the latest loss, with Steve Carl saying he just "wasn't in there" in that fight. They get scolded about not having the "passion" for this. Again, I'd like to know what's actually at stake for the fighters themselves, that still hasn't been explained.

-Time for the teams to figure out who's fighting next. They decide to go with Steve Montgomery.

Montgomery quote: "I've got the mind of a hippy and the heart of a fighter."

-The Blackzilians celebrate the latest win, and they try to figure out who ATT will be bringing against them next and who they should go with. They think ATT is going to be going with Nate Coy, so they choose Carrington Banks for the next matchup with that in mind. Interested to see their reaction when it's Montgomery.

-While Montgomery came to Florida from Virginia, Banks made his way there from Illinois. He says he's a wrestler but believes he's well rounded.

-Looks like it's Montgomery convulsing from the preview. It starts with someone yelling for help and it's a scary scene as someone yells to call for 911. Montgomery's face was going purple as someone yelled that he was biting off his tongue. Extremely scary as the show cut to break.

-They're continuing to freak out as they come back, and the team was scared as hell. Coy said he thought he was going to die, Hassan called it one of the scariest things he's ever seen while he felt helpless as well.

-Lambert said it appears the seizure was from a lack of electrolytes as he was overloading his body with water while cutting weight. White discussed the incident, and called it a huge blow to ATT.

-They decide to go with Sabah Homasi for the fight with Montgomery now out of commission.

-Homasi is apparently a male stripper, and he compares going out in front of a crowd of girls and going out into the cage.

-Weigh-in time once again. White says Banks hasn't fought in 18 months, and calls it a "pick 'em" fight because of Homasi taking the fight on short notice as the replacement. Banks' teammates think Homasi is overlooking this matchup based on his reaction at the weigh-ins.

-Montgomery comes back to the house, but while he's doing alright, he has to leave the show. Montgomery said he didn't put any sodium in his body while drinking his water, which is what led to the seizure. Dana White says if he winds up healthy, they'll give him a shot in the UFC. Unfortunate, but yet another scary consequence of improper weight cutting in this sport.

-We get the final comments prior to the fight, with both of course feeling confident in themselves. Rinse repeat so far.

FIGHT: CARRINGTON BANKS VS. SOBAH HOMASI

ROUND ONE: Homasi scores the first blow with a leg kick. He tried to stalk Banks but then got hit with an overhand right. Both were a bit tentative. Banks threw out a jab, then shot in. Homasi held it off with an elbow and solid posture on the cage. Homasi got in a couple of knees as Banks stayed on the attempt. Banks finally dragged him to his knees, and snuck behind him. Homasi tried to hit a switch, but Banks kept him on a knee. He landed a few hard knees as Homasi tried to get back to his feet. Homasi finally did, then got separation. He came straight ahead at Banks, who circled around the outside. Homasi landed a good kick that knocked Banks off balance. He kept trying to play the aggressor. Banks landed a step-in right hand. He shot again, but got stuffed. He did land a knee to the face on the way out, though. Homasi came ahead, ate right hand, then landed a hard strike of his own. Banks got another clinch and drove Homasi to the cage. Homasi tried to turn into him to throw a knee but got immediately dragged down. Banks couldn't keep him there, though, and Homasi got to his feet. Homasi landed a knee, then Banks fired back with a right hand. Banks landed a jab. Homasi landed a kick as the crowd was getting into it. Homasi stuffed a takedown, landing a knee and a few punches. Banks tried to stay on it and the round ended in the clinch. Close frame. Could go either way.

ROUND TWO: Homasi treid to close the distance early, though neither landed anything of consequence for the first 45 seconds. Banks tried to shoot in but got immediately stuffed. Homasi landed a low kick but Banks wasn't given time to recover. Homasi continued moving forward, but again, neither was doing much of anything for extended periods. Banks finally grabbed a clinch and drove Homasi to the cage. He landed a couple of knees. Homasi continued to hold off the takedown attempt. He briefly went for a kimura but lost it. Banks kept trying to drag him down, but as he transitioned to the back he got shrugged off. Back to Homasi stalking. He landed a couple of strikes, but missed more in a flurry. Both looked like they were tiring out despite not doing much in the fight. Homasi landed a good left. Banks landed a hard kick but slipped. He grabbed for a leg and Homasi sprawled. Homasi landed some punches to the body as Banks got to his feet. Banks tried to head hunt but wasn't firing off much. Homasi landed a couple of strikes. He landed a couple more. Lots of noise as the round came to an end with Banks missing a couple of strikes. Could be a third round here, and indeed that's what we get.

ROUND THREE: Homasi started off with a couple of jabs and an inside leg kick. Homasi continued to throw out kicks as Banks moved forward. Banks landed a kick to the leg. They traded head strikes. Banks got in a hard kick to the body. He got in with a couple of strikes but ate a counter. Banks pawed out a couple of jabs. Homasi connected on a couple of strikes as Banks backed up. They both traded shots again. Homasi went high with a kick that was blocked. Banks moved ahead and ate another right hand. Banks shot in but again got stuffed on the cage. He stayed on it, though, and dragged Homasi down briefly. He landed some strikes and tried to sneak behind Homasi, once again losing the position. Banks landed a hard jab as Homasi moved forward. More jabs from Banks connected. Banks landed a few more. Homasi got in with a knee to the body, then a couple of left hooks. Homasi was bleeding from under the left eye. Very little sense of urgency down the stretch, though they threw a couple of heavy strikes as the round ended. Could go either way here.

-Both sides think their fighter won, and both fighters think they won before the result was announced.

WINNER: Banks via decision

-The home crowd exploded, Homasi looked like he couldn't believe it, as did the rest of the ATT guys. It was a close final round, not a ton of stuff happening from either of them that was super effective. It wasn't a great fight at any rate.

-Lambert thought Sabah should have won all three rounds, though he conceded the third was "razor thin.' Robinson believed Banks did more in the first and third rounds.

TEAM SCORE (WEEK 4)

ATT: 0
Blackzilians: 100

-Dana White continued to criticize the fights on this season, saying neither guy fought like they wanted to win.

-Banks and the Blackzilians celebrated, while Homasi was in the "are you f***ing kidding me?" camp. Lambert was happy with the effort, while Homasi just didn't think he lost the fight at all.

-That's all for this week! Back next Wednesday for the 50 point fights to begin.
