By: Alex Williams, MMATorch Contributor K-1 announced that Bob Sapp will battle Kinniku Mantaro under MMA rules at its New Year's Eve event. Kinniku Mantaro is the name of a cartoon character. The role will be played by Akihito Tanaka, a huge wrestler with very good amateur credentials.
