Bellator 117 hits Spike TV tonight, Mid-American Center in Council Bluffs, Iowa. We have all your live round by round coverage.

Fight 1: Lightweight: Patricky "Pitbull" Freire vs. Derek Campos

Round 1:
Campos opens up with a hook combination, and Pitbull blocks. Camps faints and feels out Pitbull. Pitbull is landing quick counter strikes. Campos throws a a left hook that misses and a spinning back that misses. Campos is being the aggressor. Pitbull lands a left shovel hook to the body and then goes to the head. Pitbull is countering Campos' loaded shots. Pitbull goes for a single leg and is shrugged off and both throw looping hands as they break. The clinch briefly and Pitbull eats a straight punch. Pitbull's mouth is bloody. Campos keeps backing him up. Campos lands a hook to the head and follows with another. Pitbull lands a head kick, but Campos keeps coming forward. Pitbull throws another head kick. The bell rings.

Round 2:
Both come out swinging. Pitbull lands a huge left that knocks Campos down. He lords over him and Campos gets up, but Pitbull knocks him back down with a shot behind the ear. He goes for side control and slides into mount. He starts ground and pounding Campos. he gives up his back and Pitbull strikes his way to a TKO.

Fight 2: Welterweight: Karl Amoussou vs. David Gomez

Round 1:
Amoussou was opening with quick jabs to feel things out. Amoussou lands a combo ending with a heavy leg kick. Then he lands a hook combo. He keeps backing up Gomez. Gomez checks a kick. Amoussou throws a right to the head and then a head kick. Gomez keeps taking the middle of the cage, but he is not landing much. Amoussou lands a strong counter left hand. Gomez kicks Amoussou in the cup. The barely pause and restart. Counter right from Gomez that hit heavy. Amoussou shoots and Gomez stuffs. They clinch and trade strikes in the clinch. They break. Amoussou lands a jab right to Amoussou's eye and Amoussou thinks it is an eye poke. The ref says it was glove and to continue. They trade few strikes before the bell rings.

Round 2:
Gomez lands a right hand. Amoussou lands a body kick. Amoussou with a Judo throw. Amoussou goes for the heel hook and Gomez rolls out and gets up. Gomex is in the middle of the cage picking shots. They clinch and Amoussou gets over hooks and stays close. They break and Gomez lands a right hook. He lands another strong combo and Amoussou answers with a big right hand. The keep exchanging single shots and Amoussou swarms and lands numerous knees. They are trading jab cross combos and are looking tired. The lock up and go Amoussou starts a trip but the bell rings.

Round 3:
Amoussou opens up with combo and Gomez returns. Gomez goes to the body with a left and Amoussou counters with a right hand as he angles off. Amoussou works in with a combo ending in an uppercut. Amoussou wings a pair of hooks as he wades in for the clinch. He lands knee in the clinch, and Gomez strikes back. Gomez is on the fence, but he angles out. They clinch again and Amoussou gets kneed in the cup. He rushes the restart and then lands a body kick. Gomez ends back up against the cage and he exchanges knees with Amoussou. They break for a second and Gomez throws a right, and Amoussou closes the distance again. Amoussou is dominating the end of the round with strong clinch work. Both mean break at the ten second warning and throw slow shots in hopes of a knockout. The bell rings.

Fight 3: Lightweight: Marcin Held vs. Derek Anderson

Round 1:
Anderson opens up with a jab. Both are engaging and angling off. Anderson landed a leg kick. They clinch and Held gets a trip. Held goes for a kneebar with a no hands leg lock. Held is in halfguard/side control and keeping Anderson by the cage. Held goes for the leg lock when his coaches urge him. Held has it on, but he gets out. His lg is still in Held's hands, but Anderson is punching and advancing. Anderson is on top and working ground and pound. Held grabs another leg lock, but he lets it go and gets on top. Held is in Anderson's guard. He works short strikes and Anderson answers from his back. Held goes for yet another leg lock and Anderson punches his way out. The bell rings.

Round 2
Held lands a short left hand. Held shoots and Anderson sprawls right out. Anderson ducks down and Held goes for an uppercut. Held lands an over hand left and Anderson drops and bounces right back up. Held tries a take down and Anderson sprawls and tosses Held to the cage. Held stays down waiting for him to come to the ground. The ref stands him up. They are exchange and Held slips. The ref stands them up again. Held does a scissor takedown that sort of works and Anderson ends up in triangle. He tries to posture out, but he taps.

Fight 4: Welterweight Championship: Douglas Lima vs. Rick Hawn

Round 1:
Lima tests his range and Hawn is moving all around the cage. A jab to the chest of Hawn connects. Lima follows with a leg kick. Hawn is angling all around the cage and Lima is trying to cut him off. Lima throws a leg kick and Lima throws a counter right hand. Lima with another lef kick. Hawn with a jab. Not much is connecting except for Lima's low kick. Hawn lands a combo and gets in and moves right back out. Lima with another leg kick that drops Hawn. Hawn tries to fight on the ground and Lima backed off. The ref stands them up. He lands another kick that drops him and Lima swarms. Hawn survues the round with a cut opened on his head.

Round 2:
Hawn leaps in with a right hook. Lima fires back. The try to exchange. Hawn dives for a takedown and misses. The ref stand thm up. Lima kicks the leg from under him again in brutal fashion. Lima backs off and the ref stands Lima again. Lima trows a heavy rear leg kick that Hawn blocks. Lima, again, knocks out the leg of Hawn and the ref stands them up. Hawn rallies and throws a combination that does not have much on it. Lima throws a big high kick that is blocked. Lima knocks Hawn's leg out again and the ref asks if he wants to throw in the towel. Hawn's corner stops the fight.
