Bellator has announced a new opponent for Paul Daley on next month's Bellator 134 card, as he'll take on Brazilian welterweight Andre Santos.
Daley was supposed to face Bellator Champ Douglas Lima on the event, dubbed "The British Invasion," but a knee injury to Lima scrapped that planned main event.
The former UFC and Strikeforce competitor is making his return to Bellator for the first time since 2012, as legal issues in Europe wouldn't allow him to get a visa to fight in the U.S. He's won five of six fights since his win over Rudy Bears at Bellator 72, with the sole loss coming by decision to Alexander Yakovlev, who entered the UFC after beating Daley.
Santos is a 48-fight veteran with a 37-9 career record. He's won his last six fights, and 12 of his last 15 dating back to 2011.
Bellator 134 airs live on Spike TV on February 27, headlined by a Light Heavyweight Championship bout between Emanuel Newton and Liam McGeary.
