Elite XC 140 pound champion Wilson Reis will soon be signing with Bellator Fighting Championships, according to a report at FiveOuncesofPain.com. Bellator is the new promotion that will host featherweight, lightweight, welterweight, and middleweight tournaments, which will be broadcast in reality show format on the Spanish-language ESPN Deportes. Reis is slated to compete at featherweight (145 pounds).
While Reis technically remains under contract with Elite XC's parent company, Pro Elite, his agent does not believe the deal is enforceable anymore.
