Penick's Scorecard: 9-9. While the first round was close, this one wasn't, but the point deduction again brings Cerrone down. He needs to finish this one to insure a victory, otherwise if he lost that first round he might be looking at a draw as a best case scenario.

Big finish for Cerrone after the point deductions.
WINNER: Cerrone via submission (rear naked choke) at 3:47 of the third round.
STAR RATING: (***+) Excellent performance from Cerrone in the second and third round, but the point deductions and delays took away from the fight a little bit. Still, another very good fight on another very good card from the WEC.
