11/23 MORNING UPDATE

If you're tuning in to the App for the first time in a while, make sure to check out the big update on the App's home page for notes and information on the changes made to the new mobile site at MMATorch.com in your mobile browser. Our tech team has been working on even more tweaks based on your feedback, and have optimized the site for Safari and the default Android browser. They're continuing to work on the same for both Chrome and Opera as well. Keep sending your thoughts in to mmatorch@gmail.com so we can make the mobile site the best experience for you! We truly appreciate the feedback, and we're making changes as necessary. Here's what's on the site this morning:

-Dan Moore plays matchmaker again today, running down his top fights to make after last night's UFC Fight Night 57 event. Excerpt on Frankie Edgar: “What a superb performance by the former lightweight champion. Anyone who disputed his credentials coming into this fight is plain stupid. Edgar did what he does best, and dominated this fight from start to finish, earning the latest stoppage victory in UFC history to top off a fantastic night. He had a game plan to neutralize Swanson, and he implemented it to perfection.” Head to our mobile site at MMATorch.com in your phone or tablet browser for his full column.

-With Edgar's dominant win over Cub Swanson, he's pleading his case for the title fight. Though he'll be disappointed if it doesn't come to him next, he says all he can do at that point is put his head down and keep winning fights. Catch his comments with further thoughts on the mobile site now.

-A very dejected Swanson discussed the loss after the event on Fox Sports 1, and said Edgar taught him a lesson and exposed his weaknesses. See his comments with further analysis on the mobile site now.

-Edgar, Oleksiy Oliynyk, Paige VanZant, and Kailin Curran each won post-fight bonuses out of Saturday's card. Get more info on how they earned those bonuses on the mobile site.

-The UFC has announced a location for UFC on Fox 15, which will slide into the previously announced April 18 slot for 2015. The event will take place at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. More on the event on the mobile site.

-In our morning poll, we asked readers what was the most surprising thing about the main card at UFC Fight Night 57. 65% were most taken aback by just how dominant Frankie Edgar was against Cub Swanson, with the remaining votes spread between the rest of the options almost evenly.

We thank all of our readers for their feedback and patience as we continue making improvements on the new mobile site. We're an independent voice in the MMA space with no corporate backing, and as such we stay afloat on ad revenue. This shift to the full listing on mobile web brings us a better chance to keep ourselves going and to bring our readers everything we have for the last five years and more, as the mobile advertising market is simply stronger than that on the app. Continue sending us your feedback to mmatorch@gmail.com and let us know how the new features with the Disqus comments section and more are working for you on mobile web!
