Make your prediction for The Ultimate Fighter season 12 semifinal bouts, and who becomes the season 12 Ultimate Fighter on December 4?
RICH HANSEN, MMATORCH COLUMNIST
I hate picking TUF fights, because there's so little context to compare results against. So, with absolutely no confidence or conviction whatsoever, I predict that Jonathan Brookins will defeat Nam Phan on December 4.

Right now it seems to be anyone's game for these last three fights. The semi-final match ups are very even. All of the fighters are very well rounded and have been pretty dominant against their former opponents. I see Michael Johnson outworking Nam Phan and Jonathan Brookins will win a close decision against Kyle Watson. The final between Johnson and Brookins will be a tough fight, but I see Brookins taking it by decision.
FRANK HYDEN, MMATORCH CONTRIBUTOR
I think Jonathan Brookins is the guy to beat. I don't think Kyle Watson is quite good enough to beat Jonathan in their fight. As for the other match-up, I think Michael Johnson will beat Nam Phan. In the finals, I think Jonathan will beat Michael. It'll probably be pretty close, but Jonathan has been the most impressive guy this season.
ERIC HOBAUGH, MMATORCH SPECIALIST
Jonathan Brookins vs. Kyle Watson - Jonathan Brookins uses his BJJ to tap out Kyle Watson in the first round. He has been so dominant in his first few fights with his BJJ. I feel like Watson has nothing Brookins has not seen.
Michael Johnson vs. Nam Phan - Johnson uses his wrestling and ground and pound to take this in a close fight. Michael Johnson is one of the best athletes on the show and he will use that to control Nam Phan and win.
In the finals I am going with Michael Johnson over Jonathon Brookins. This one is actually too close to call, but I feel like Johson's wrestling and pure athleticism is going to be hard for Brookins to handle.
JASON AMADI, MMATORCH COLUMNIST
Nam Phan and Jonathan Brookins have simply faced a better class of competition than the rest of the fighters in the TUF house, and it shows. Nam Phan has competed against the likes of JZ Cavalcante, Josh Thomson, Rob McCullough, and Michihiro Omigawa. Jonathan Broookins' only stoppage loss was to Jose Aldo, and that came after three rounds of absolutely barbaric leg kicks.
I see no reason to believe that Kyle Watson and Michael Johnson should be able to compete with that type of experience, so I think we'll see Brookins and Phan on the TUF Finale, with Brookins possibly submitting him via rear naked choke.
