Which non-main-event fights on the UFC Fight Night 57 card are the most intriguing, and why?

CASH NORMAN, MMATORCH CONTRIBUTOR

Bobby Green vs. Edson Barbosa is the fight I want to see most. I've been intrigued about this fight since it was first announced. Barbosa has an exciting, explosive, power hitting style. Unfortunately, his chin can't keep pace with his style of fighting. Although I think he's exciting and never want to miss one of his fights, I believe he'll come out explosively, Green will weather the storm, and counter Barbosa knocking him to the ground and finishing with a submission.

Also, if people have followed the back story of Bobby Green and familial problems he's had with his younger brother getting shot and killed, as well as his older brother also being shot, there's a desire to see him be successful as well.

I don't know who will win. I've also thought Barbosa was super talented, and could go far within the division. I now see limits on how far he'll advance in the lightweight division. Green is also super talented, but may be having problems with the stress and rigors of being a fighter. It's hard to throw full support behind either one.

However, I'm still expecting a great fight.

FRANK HYDEN, MMATORCH CONTRIBUTOR

Bobby Green vs. Edson Barboza and Joseph Benavidez vs. Dustin Ortiz are the two highlights for me, other than the main event. Green has so much potential, and Barboza should be a good test for him, while Benavidez will be looking to make a statement to try to get back into title contention. Benavidez has a long road to travel for another title shot, and he knows it. Ortiz will be looking to derail him, so I think it should make for an interesting fight. I'm expecting some fireworks with Green-Barboza. That might be the Fight of the Night.

KALE HAVERVOLD, MMATORCH CONTRIBUTOR

I really like Bobby Green vs. Edson Barboza. I think this has the potential to be one of the fights of the year if things go right. Another is seeing if Ortiz is ready to fight a step up in competition as he takes on Joe Benavidez.

BRAD WALKER, MMATORCH COLUMNIST

There's a couple here: Pickett vs. Camus, Ortiz vs. Benavidez, and Green vs. Barbosa, which all will speak volumes to the lineups in their respective divisions. I'm very excited for this whole card because it looks great on paper, and if the fighters live up to expectations, this could be a sleeper for one of the best cards of the year.

TOM STRONG, MMATORCH UK CONTRIBUTOR

This event really has gone under the radar with so many recent events. On paper this is a stacked card full of great match ups, with some fighters who have their UFC careers on the line.

The two English fighters on the card are right on the top of that list. Brad Pickett has everything on the line come Saturday night, coming off a unanimous decision loss to Ian McCall at UFC FN 46 in July, and he needs to pick up a win over Chico Camus if he's to keep any hopes of a title shot alive.

Luke Barnatt may find himself unlucky to be 8-1 after his split decision loss to Sean Strickland in May, though that night neither fighter deserved to win in one of the worst fights I've seen in years.

Barnatt has all the tools to be a top 15 middleweight, though he should be beating the likes of Strickland and Narvaez if he's going to be as good as he thinks he is.

That being said, I fully expect both English fighters to come away with victories Saturday night, and in very fashionable style!
