What, if anything, stands out to you from Saturday's UFC double-header from Sweden and Halifax, and why?

FRANK HYDEN, MMATORCH CONTRIBUTOR

I mainly just care about Rory MacDonald vs. Tarec Saffiedine and Raphael Assuncao vs. Bryan Caraway. Other than that, I really don't have an eye for anything on the cards. I don't think they'll be bad cards by any means, but I'm just hoping for some good action in the other fights. I think they'll deliver that, but only if you don't expect it to come close to UFC 178. If you have realistic expectations, I think you'll find something to enjoy.

BRAD WALKER, MMATORCH COLUMNIST

What stands out most to me is my lack of ability to really emotionally invest into any of these fights. Sure, I enjoy seeing Rory MacDonald fight, but Tarec Saffedine is an afterthought to me now. I'm very under enthused by the fact that these are the offerings they're giving when some of the pay-per-view cards need these fighters to add depth to the card.

TOM STRONG, MMATORCH UK CONTRIBUTOR

I'm not sure there's much to get excited about for UFC Fight Night 53 in Sweden. Even the main event of Gunnar Nelson vs. Rick Story holds little interest. Looking through the whole card, it's not impressive at all. Akira Corassani vs. Max Holloway as the co-main event tells the whole story.

UFC Fight Night 54 is slightly better on paper, though apart from the main event it's still a card I won't be staying up late to watch.

I will be looking forward to seeing Patrick Holohan return to the Octagon after his debut win in Ireland over Josh Sampo. After seeing Louis Gaudinot pull out of the fight at late notice, Paddy will be fighting Canadian Chris Kelades, and I'm sure it'll be another fun-filled fight!
