Who wins the Frank Mir-Daniel Cormier bout at UFC on Fox 7, and how?

I kind of covered this yesterday. Right now I falsely believe that Frank Mir has a really good chance (less than 50%) of pulling off the upset. About 30 seconds after the opening bell sounds, I figure I'll believe his chances to be about, oh, 5%. Hulk Smash, right?

Tired of hearing about Frank Mir. Tired of watching him get pounded by formidable opponents, then beat nobodies. Tired of people bringing up the fact that he was champion. Daniel Cormier beats him via stoppage.

Cormier will win this with his wrestling. He is by far the best wrestler in MMA and is an Olympic calliber wrestler. No one at heavyweight or light heavyweight can hang with his wrestling. He has not been hit much and that will not change in this fight. Mir's striking has improved, but Cormier will not give him the chance to throw many stikes, because he will take down Mir at will and smother him with his ground and pound. I predict a decision victory for Cormier over Mir at UFC on Fox 7.

Daniel Cormier is going to absolutely destroy Frank Mir. I'm thinking probably a first round TKO. I think this will say more about Mir than it will Cormier. After Cormier destroys Mir there's going to be people saying that he deserves a title shot against Jon Jones, which is absolute fallacy. Frank Mir is the most overrated fighter in the UFC, and that's saying something. A dominant win over Mir will only set Cormier up to be destroyed himself by Jon Jones.
