Bantamweight Francisco Rivera is getting another shot in the UFC, as he steps in on short notice to replace Azimat Gashimov at UFC on Fuel 3, according to a report from Sherdog.com.
Rivera lost both of his appearances in the UFC in 2010 and 2011, but after a couple wins outside of the organization, he's gotten a call back to step in against Alex Soto on the May 15 card.
Soto looks to rebound from a loss to Michael McDonald in his UFC debut in November. That first round TKO loss was the first of his career.
