This weekend Jamie Penick and I each hosted separate hour-long Audio Roundtables on UFC 109. Jamie was joined by longtime columnist Matt Pelkey and new columnist Anwar Perez. I was joined by senior columnist Shawn Ennis and new contributor Lane Bradford. The MMATorch Podcast feed also includes the Audio Choke with Collins, Rowland, and Shelby.

We're one of the longest-running MMA podcasts and the fourth return on a "UFC" search in the iTunes Podcast section.
