Though he'll be trying to take Georges St. Pierre's Welterweight Championship in front of a hostile pro-GSP crowd in Montreal this December, Josh Koscheck has no problems with the partisan venue.
In comments made to MMAWeekly.com, Koscheck's representative Heidi Seibert expressed Koscheck's nonchalance with the location of the fight.
"Wherever the UFC wants the fight is fine with us," she said.
"Montreal has great, enthusiastic fans and will provide a sellout crowd. Kos has been ready for this title fight for a long time and is looking to win on Dec. 11."
The fight will take place from the Bell Centre in Montreal, St. Pierre's backyard, following the conclusion of the upcoming season of The Ultimate Fighter. Both fighters served as opposing coaches for this upcoming season, which begins airing on September 15 on Spike TV.
Penick's Analysis: Koscheck certainly revels in his bad guy role, and it's no surprise that he'll have no issue with coming into Montreal for this fight. He was booed mercilessly after his win in May there, but that was nothing compared to what he'll be faced with when he takes on GSP in front of 22,000 screaming GSP fans in Quebec. It will make for an excellent atmosphere for this fight, and will give it the "big fight" feel that may not have necessarily been there in Las Vegas or in another venue.

The headlining bout between Phil Davis and Rashad Evans averaged 6.1 million viewers, meaning the peak number for the event will still come in somewhat higher than that. The opening bout between Demian Maia and Chris Weidman was seen by an average of four million viewers...
I am very nervous that Carlos Condit will win on Saturday night, and that I won't be able to fight Nick Diaz this summer. Carlos Condit is a very good fighter, he can strike, he is aggressive and he has submissions...
Georges St-Pierre is the only logical choice for Sonnen, since he's made it clear to the world at large that Anderson Silva wants nothing to do with him. And since everything that comes out of Chael's mouth when hyping a fight can be taken as gospel...
