The injury bug has hit all of the UFC's cards in March, and Cole Miller is the latest to pull out of an event as he has withdrawn from a scheduled bout with Ultimate Fighter season nine runner up Andre Winner, according to multiple published reports. In his place will be two time Octagon vet Rafaello Oliveira.
Miller had bounced back from a late '09 loss to Efrain Escudero by submitting Dan Lauzon at UFC 108 this January.
Oliveira picked up his first win in the Octagon on that UFC 108 card after losing his debut to Nik Lentz in September of last year. Winner lost to Ross Pearson in the TUF 9 finale, but made a successful Octagon appearance at UFC 105 last November when he knocked out TUF 8's Roli Delgado.
UFC Fight Night 21 airs live on March 31st as the lead in to the eleventh season of The Ultimate Fighter on Spike TV. The card is headlined by a lightweight bout between Kenny Florian and Takanori Gomi.
Penick's Analysis: Oliveira's a good replacement for this bout, and will be another good test for Andre Winner. This card is a good one for Spike TV and another in a series of solid events the UFC is putting on next month. This should be a competitive addition to this one.

"There's still a large contingent of people, that they just want to see these guys almost die, or the other guy almost die and come back, and sometimes fights are like that. Certainly they are. But sometimes you get technical masterpieces too, and to hate a beautiful, technical fight - you're not really a fight fan...
