"There is going to be a ton of gold coming to this city in the coming months. Holly [Holm] started things off against Ronda [Rousey], and 'Cowboy' is up next. He's looking incredible, and he's going to bring that lightweight belt back to Albuquerque. I know he is. After that it's my turn to get the job done. I've never been more determined to win anything in my life, and nothing is going to stop me. I'm going to put him down and put him down hard."

-Albuquerque's Carlos Condit talks about the potential run of titles that could be on their way to the city and the Jackson-Winkeljohn team during a series profiling him on MMAJunkie.com from Duane Finley.

Penick's Analysis: The on-going profile series on Condit from Finley is well worth checking out, so make sure to get to the link and check out parts one and two as well. This quote in particular is worth expanding upon, because what Greg Jackson and Mike Winkeljohn are doing in Albuquerque can't be understated. They've had champions in the past, but they continue to develop and improve the talent they have in-house, and they could hold four of the UFC's titles by the middle of 2016 if all goes their way. As Condit points out, Holly Holm got it done first, and Donald Cerrone is next at UFC on Fox 17 later this month before he gets a shot at Robbie Lawler. Both Condit and Cerrone could very well capture those belts, and then Jon Jones will be expected to join them whenever he gets his booking with Daniel Cormier. That's a special group of fighters, and Jackson and Winkeljohn are proving to still be amongst the best of the best when it comes to coaching in this sport. They simply have too much consistency in excellence to ignore what they've accomplished with a large number of competitors.
