Fresh off a huge upset win over Gegard Mousasi in Japan, Uriah Hall is looking to keep his momentum going, as he's stepping in to fight Robert Whittaker at UFC 193 in Melbourne, Australia.

It was announced overnight that Hall had been tapped as a replacement for Michael Bisping, who was forced out of the Whittaker fight due to an elbow injury.

Hall, runner-up on season 17 of The Ultimate Fighter, has had an uneven run in the UFC thus far. However, he's now won five of his last six, with the only loss coming by split decision, and he's now the first and only person to stop Mousasi by strikes after his highlight-reel second round at UFC Fight Night 75.

He'll now meet Whittaker, the winner of "TUF: The Smashes" who has looked excellent since moving up to middleweight. In his first 185 lb. fight, Whittaker stopped Clint Hester by strikes in the second round and earned a bonus for the "Fight of the Night" at UFC Fight Night 55. He added a "Performance of the Night" bonus in his next fight, knocking Brad Tavares out in just 44 seconds at UFC Fight Night 65.

The two will square off likely on the pay-per-view card for UFC 193, which comes to Etihad Stadium on Nov. 15 locally. The card - which is headlined by Ronda Rousey vs. Holly Holm and airs live in the U.S. on Nov. 14 due to the time delay - is expected to bring the highest attendance for a UFC fight ever, and may challenge Pride's overall live attendance record for an MMA event.
