UFC 200 is coming to Las Vegas next July, and the organization on Friday announced more details and a date change for the card.
Originally announced for July 2, 2016, UFC President Dana White revealed at the close of Friday's "Go Big" launch event that UFC 200 will now take place a week later on July 9, and it will emanate from the still-under-construction Las Vegas Arena.
The new state of the art arena is slated to open in April of next year, and UFC 200 is expected to be the organization's first event in their new home city venue.
Fights for the milestone event won't be known until next spring, and will come together based on what happens over the next several months inside the Octagon.
