Four fighters earned an extra $50,000 on Sunday night for their performances at UFC Fight Night 74 in Saskatoon, with the UFC announcing after the event that Patrick Cote, Josh Burkman, Frankie Perez, and Felipe Arantes took home post-fight bonuses.

Cote and Burkman took theirs for the "Fight of the Night," which was won by Cote in a wild third round by TKO. Burkman actually hurt Cote in the first round, but in a crazy third he got dropped by a strike, and Cote took full advantage. It was the first time Burkman had ever been stopped by strikes in his career, and Cote's first stoppage win in the UFC since 2008.

Perez took out Sam Stout in quick fashion, knocking the veteran lightweight out in just 54 seconds. However, it was what Perez did after the fight that got people talking, as the 26-year-old announced his retirement in the cage. This was his first win inside the Octagon, and he'll take the bonus home with him as he steps away from the sport.

Finally, Arantes was getting controlled on the ground by Yves Jabouin for much of the first round in their undercard bout, but he took home the other "Performance of the Night" award by locking on a slick sweep from the bottom into an armbar for the win.
