Eddie Wineland is heading back to the cage, as he'll return to action against Bryan Caraway at UFC on Fox 16 in Chicago this July.
The fight was first reported by the Northwest Indiana Times, with the UFC confirming the matchup shortly thereafter.
Wineland broke his jaw in a knockout loss to Johnny Eduardo last May, and was considering retirement for a time. He's decided to return, and he'll try to get back on track after stoppage losses in two of his last three fights.
Caraway hasn't fought since last October, where he dropped a decision to Raphael Assuncao. That snapped a two-fight winning streak, bringing him to 4-2 overall in the UFC. He'll join his longtime girlfriend Miesha Tate on the July 25 card, as she meets Jessica Eye on the main card.
The UFC on Fox 16 event will be headlined by the UFC Bantamweight Championship rematch between T.J. Dillashaw and Renan Barao.
