The UFC Fight Night 72 event in Glasgow this July has gotten another matchup today, with the UFC announcing that Ilir Latifi will take on Hans Stringer on the July 18 card.
Sweden's Latifi was taken out by Jan Blachowicz in the first round last October, snapping a two-fight winning streak that saw him stop both Cyrille Diabate and Chris Dempsey in 2014.
He'll try to get back in the win column against Stringer, who has split his two appearances in the Octagon thus far. He won his debut last March with a split decision win over Francimar Barroso, but he was stopped by Fabio Maldonado in his second appearance in October.
UFC Fight Night 72 is the UFC's first ever trip to Scotland, and will air live on UFC Fight Pass. No headliner is yet set for the card.
