Antonio Braga Neto is dropping to the welterweight division, and he'll take on Zak Cummings at UFC on Fox 16 in Chicago.
The UFC announced the matchup on Friday, which brings the former jiu jitsu world champion to 170 lbs. for the first time.
Neto, who won his UFC debut in 2013 with a kneebar over Anthony Smith, hasn't fought since a loss to Clint Hester last June. That split decision was just his second defeat in eleven fights.
Though he's just 1-1 in his UFC career, he holds victories from outside of the organization over UFC vets Brock Larson, Maiquel Falcao, and Cezar Ferreira.
As for Cummings, the Ultimate Fighter veteran is also returning for the first time in a year. In his last outing, he suffered his first UFC loss at the hands of Gunnar Nelson, snapping an overall four-fight winning streak.
UFC on Fox 16 will hit Chicago's United Center on July 25, headlined by a Bantamweight Championship rematch between T.J. Dillashaw and Renan Barao.
